Working with Gary Mullins…

“My business has traded fornearly 50 years, we employ over twenty full time staff and have an annual turnover exceeding two million pounds, I have been managing Director for the past ten years. I began my ActionCOACH programme in July 2013 having witnessed first hand the benefits experienced by a fellow business owner and friend.

At first the task looked huge and daunting when I started to read through the workbook, I had never spent time working on my business but has always worked in it, I believed my hard work would automatically rewarded with the financial and personal gain I desired.”

“I have finally began to build the solid foundations which will provide the platform for the whole company to be able to move forward with for years to come, benefiting our customers, our team and myself.”

“The road will be long and at times challenging but I have absolute confidence and belief that the rewards will be huge.”

The ActionCOACH methods are straightforward, east to follow, manageable and can be adopted into your everyday workloads with minimal fuss, what I’ve got from my coach is expertise, great knowledge, support, understanding and clear direction, these vital tools have made me focus on my business needs, helped me overcome the obstacles I’ve faced and will deliver what is required to make my business great.

“For the first time in many years, I am enjoying being a business owner again and look forward with optimism to the challenges ahead”
